Brandyn Tepper is a Los Angeles–based hospitality consultant and co-founder of Cocktail Academy — an award-winning beverage strategy and consulting agency. With a career spanning leadership roles in front-of-house operations and beverage strategy, he has developed and executed programs for luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, and leading spirits brands.Prior to founding Pillar Hospitality, he was part of Saison Hospitality, from Chef Joshua Skenes. During his tenure, three Michelin–starred Saison was recognized as one of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, where he gained invaluable perspective on service and operations at the highest level. He went on to lead beverage and service operations for Angler San Francisco, which was named Best New Restaurant by Esquire Magazine in 2018, and supported the opening of Angler Los Angeles, one of the most anticipated launches in the city.
Tepper was no stranger to that recognition, having previously been part of the opening team at Felix Trattoria in Los Angeles, which earned Esquire’s Best New Restaurant award in 2017.
